Terra Firma engaged with Edge Interiors to develop four turnkey office suites at 53 Fort Street. Designed to attract potential tenants, the objective was to create ready-to-move-in commercial office spaces equipped with essential amenities. The brief focused on delivering spaces that surpassed typical base build standards by incorporating thoughtful design elements that added value and helped differentiate the suites in a competitive market.
