Mat Alexander

With experience in the industry for over 20 years, Mat is Watercare approved, is certified for Backflow Prevention in Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty, and has his National Certificate in Roofing. Mat is recognised as a Certifying Plumber, Gasfitter and Drainlayer leading him to be a member of the Master Plumbers and holding a position on the Industry Advisory Board. He was awarded with the Merit of Excellence in 2010 in recognition of his expansive skillset in the industry.

Eleisha Iggo

Eleisha is the Chief Operating Officer at Plumbuilt, overseeing operations across the company’s many branches. She began her career in the construction industry in 2018 when she joined Plumbuilt Plumbing, all while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing. With a solid foundation in finance, Eleisha has played a key role in multiple areas of the business, including managing the company’s accounts and driving operational improvements. Known for her love of a challenge, she is constantly seeking opportunities to grow her skills and expand her knowledge. Outside of work, Eleisha enjoys early morning walks, a good book, and staying active through fitness.

Joel Ostrufka

Joel is a NZ Licensed Plumber and Gasfitter working in the industry for over 20 years. He has experience working on both commercial and residential sites. Joel has worked in the industry over several countries including the UK, Brazil, Singapore and the Maldives and this experience is shown through his professional and reliable skill set. Joel and his team specialise in large scale commercial sites including Countdown, New World and Retirement Villages. 

Anthony Stanaway

Anthony Stanaway is a Licensed Plumber and Gasfitter and has been working in this industry for over a decade. Anthony oversees commercial sites including large scale Retirement Villages, Kāinga Ora Apartment Blocks, Housing Projects, as well as Day Cares and Schools. Ants and his team enjoy a good challenge and work to a high standard getting the job over the line.

Chris VAN GReuning 

Chris has over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, with a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver fast, efficient, and compliant plumbing solutions. As a key member of our maintenance division, he leads projects ranging from small to medium-scale renovations to urgent call-outs and emergency repairs. Chris is known for getting the job done right the first time—keeping your project moving and ensuring everything is signed off without delay.

Ben Bryant

Ben "Popeye" Bryant is a Certified Drainlayer who has been working in the industry for over 8 years. Starting off working in Civil on subdivisions and stadiums, he then joined Plumbuilt learning residential before working on Plumbuilt Civil Works.

Ben's drainage team work all over the greater Auckland area and beyond, covering all sorts of projects.

Charlotte King

Charlotte joined Plumbuilt in 2022 and is a diligent and detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic in Project Aministration. Charlotte works alongside our team to help deliver high-quality work to our customers and get the jobs across the finish line in a fast and efficient manner.

Monique
Le RouX

Monique plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the safety of our teams on site. She oversees daily requirements, including risk assessments, training, and site inspections.

Gary Lepper

Gary has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, starting out on the tools as a sparky, then re-studying to become a QS. Gary works on all types of fit outs large and small across all sectors. Gary is performance driven, professional and puts the client first.

Pablo Acuña

Pablo delivers pricing for our commercial division and brings a strong blend of hands-on trade expertise and commercial insight. A licensed Plumber, Gasfitter, and Drainlayer, Pablo also holds a Commerce degree from the University of Auckland. His interest in hydraulic design and building information modelling adds technical depth to our pricing process and supports more effective project planning.

Taryn Hillermann

With over 20 years accounting experience, Taryn is the accounts officer for Plumbuilt's Auckland office. Taryn has a background in financial accounting and is currently studying for her CMGA. 

Dylan Parkinson

Dyan has been in the construction industry since 2015 as both a Plumber and an Estimator /

Quantity Surveyor. Dylan works on commercial fit outs, medium density  commercial and residential projects and large commercial projects with a focus on cost estimating, tendering, contract administration and value engineering among other tasks.

Michelle Wu

Michelle looks after pricing and costings for both residential and commercial. She has a background in Contract Management for Infrastructure in China and Vietnam and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
