Microsoft House, Auckland CBD

This flexible open plan office space with high end bathrooms was fitted off by Plumbuilts Auckland team.
The project was delivered in line with the desired outcome, while maintaining strict adherence to the timeframe and budget.

Terra Firma Suites, Auckland CBD

Location: 53 Fort Street, Auckland CBD

Located in the heart of Auckland’s CBD, the Terra Firma Suites project is a premium commercial redevelopment designed to offer modern, high-end office spaces in a prime location.

Plumbuilt was engaged to deliver the plumbing works and finishes for the high end fit-out, working alongside lead contractor Edge Interiors.

The Workshops, Matakana

This large-scale industrial development comprises of 55 light industrial units and is located in the heart of Matakana. It was designed to meet the varied needs of the light industrial sector.

Plumbuilt was engaged to deliver the plumbing and extensive drainage works for the project, including the installation of Triton Stormwater Tanks supplied by Cirtex.

The development offers flexible spaces suitable for warehousing, workshops, trade showrooms, storage, manufacturing, e-commerce distribution, and associated office use—providing a modern, functional hub for a wide range of industries.

The Hibiscus Collection, Milldale

A stunning collection of design-led 1- and 3-bedroom apartments in the heart of Milldale.
Completed on time and under budget, Plumbuilts team overcame the challenge of exposed ceilings with clever concealment of pipework and penetrations - resulting in a seamless finish and a smooth, well-managed build.

Ranfurly Village, Mt Eden

Build Costs: +$25m (Stages E1 & E2)

Ranfurly Village in Mt Eden was built and completed by C3 Construction ahead of schedule in 2020. The build involved construction of a new 6 storey luxury retirement building comprising of 34 apartments, gym, games room, common areas, a podium link to Block F and basement carparking. Plumbuilt also delivered on the historical refit of the Central Historic Ranfurly House. Built in 1903, this iconic house has been fully restored to its original beauty, and provides a unique place for residents to gather and enjoy all the village has to offer.

Bunnings, Mangawhai

Bunnings Mangawhai consists of a large-format retail outlet of some 5,418 square metres on more than 1.5 hectares of land with 154 car parks. The building incorporates a retail area, outdoor nursery, canopy goods area, timber trade and building materials yards, plus offices and amenities.

The new store also features a range of sustainability initiatives which will reduce the store’s environmental impact, such as LED lighting throughout and on-site water reuse.

Midgely, Hobsonville

An exciting project that delivered big results on a compact site. Featuring a retention system that recycles water, the build focused on sustainability without compromising on design. Completed under tight timeframes - including over the Christmas period -the team pushed through long hours and delivered a high-quality fit-off in premium fixtures from Robertsons.

Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa, Rotorua

A world class cultural spa destination - Wai Ariki Spa is a stunning landmark build with plumbing completed by our Bay of Plenty branch.

Plumbing doesn't get much harder than this! From the mud baths to the waterfall showers, each element of the plumbing was meticulously executed by our team.

Manuka Street, Gisborne

This Gisborne residential development for Kāinga Ora is comprised of 14 units, made up of 2 Standalone Homes and 12 Terrace Homes. The development aims to meet the urgent need for social housing in Elgin. The homes are all warm, dry, healthy homes built to New Zealand Green Building Council 6 Homestar standards.

Bader Ventura, Mangere

The award winning Bader Ventura is the first passive housing development for Kāinga Ora. It is the highest performing development Kāinga Ora has ever designed. A win for both occupants and the environment, the homes have a reduced operational carbon footprint and will be heated and cooled for as little as $1 per day.

Bader Ventura is an example of innovation and leadership in the sector with 18 Passive house apartments that regulate their own temperature through smart design and the use of high performing materials.

Cadness Street, Northcote

Size: 3,795m2 site, 55 apartments

This large-scale housing development for Kāinga Ora encompasses 55 apartments set over a 3,795m2 site. The site boasts 4 buildings with Plumbuilt plumbing out all 4 buildings for Woodview Construction. An ambition site for a team that knows what they are doing!

Close to Tauranga’s city centre, The Bayview retirement village has villas and beautifully finished apartments for independent living as well as luxury care suites.

Our Bay of Plenty crew have been working on this site for 4 years completing the Stage 2 Build in December 2022, and the Stage 3 Build in October 2023.

Pacific Lakes Village, Tauranga

Asmuss Steel

Size: 15,400m2

This project will comprise of over 12,000sqm of warehouse space along with 3000sqm of external covered storage and a 400m2 2-storey office. The facility will house a new distribution centre for one of NZ’s largest steel suppliers.

Plumbuilt completed the civil drainage on this large scale industrial site installing 80 tons of concrete pipe.
