Mat Alexander
Founder & Director
With experience in the industry for over 20 years, Mat is Watercare approved, is certified for Backflow Prevention in Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty, and has his National Certificate in Roofing. Mat is recognised as a Certifying Plumber, Gasfitter and Drainlayer leading him to be a member of the Master Plumbers and holding a position on the Industry Advisory Board. He was awarded with the Merit of Excellence in 2010 in recognition of his expansive skillset in the industry.

Ant Stanaway
Operations Manager
Anthony Stanaway is a Licensed Plumber and Gasfitter and has been working in this industry for over a decade. Anthony oversees commercial sites including large scale Retirement Villages, Kāinga Ora Apartment Blocks, Housing Projects, as well as Day Cares and Schools. Ants and his team enjoy a good challenge and work to a high standard getting the job over the line.

Reagan Bruce
Regional Manager
With a decade of experience in the industry, Reagan has worked on projects including Kāinga Ora Apartments, Housing Projects, Schools and Large-Scale Commercial sites. Reagan has a can do attitude and prides himself on delivering high quality work on time and with in budget. Outside of work you can find Reagan in the water, exploring the outdoors, spearfishing and diving.

Michelle WU
Estimator
Michelle looks after pricing and costings for both residential and commercial. She has a background in Contract Management for Infrastructure in China and Vietnam and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Monique plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the safety of our teams on site. She oversees daily requirements, including risk assessments, training, and site inspections.
